The Day of Lord Jehovah

The earth will shake and quiver;
destruction will abound.
The sky will split apart, and
the trumpet call will sound.
Look, here comes Messiah,
coming in the clouds!
The fire of His fury
will rain on all the proud.

Like a mighty warrior
Jesus marches out.
It is the day of vengeance;
the wicked He will rout.
His sword will strike the nations;
His armies He will bring.
There is none more glorious
than the King of Kings!

Every knee will bow
and every tongue confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord,
the Lord our Righteousness.
All who raged against Him
will be put to shame.
His servants will rejoice
and praise His holy name.

Listen all you people,
seek the Lord today.
Your money will not save you
when there's hell to pay.
For He's gathering the nations
to see His holy wrath;
The winepress of His anger
will be filled up at last.
